Spot tactics: a poll

Oh we've never had a poll on such a serious issue. Ok I know the use of blusher was incredibly serious, as was the hairiness of legs in the winter, but I think you'll agree that this one tops the list.

I was reading recently that amid Oscar preparations The Stars can sometimes suffer from A Spot what with the stress of the upcoming occasion and all. With the lights of a thousand papparazi about to shine on them it has to be remedied toot sweet. No Clearasil for them, no thank you ma'am. Instead they get cortisone injections directly into the inflamed area which clears away all the red and oozing mess instantly.

But what about the rest of us? With like eh normal budgets and all. What do we do?
