A little heads-up on Murad

Developed by practising U.S. dermatologist and pharmacist Dr. Howard Murad in the late '80s in response to patient demand, Murad is a brand that specialises in regimes to combat frustrating skin concerns, including acne, aging (be it genetic, environmental or hormonal), and redness and sensitivity. The Murad approach to looking after your hide features the normal topical kind of skincare we're all familiar with, as well as complementary internal skincare in the form of Murad's own skin-specific supplements. This is a reflection of Murad's holistic philosophy that you need to take care of yourself both inside and out for skin to look its absolute best.

I've been having a go of a few products from across the different ranges; everything I tried did exactly what it said on the tin which is always good! Their Eye Treatment Complex was something I particularly liked; it definitely brightened and rehydrated my eye area while seeming to soften pesky fine lines. Slightly drier skins than mine would love the Sheer Lustre Moisturiser, which contains moisture-giving things like omega oils and essential fatty acids along with luminescent minerals to add radiance and perk up even the dullest skin.

Unfortunately, I can't say whether the supplement end of things is any cop, but I'd love to hear from anyone who has given them a whirl - or anyone who thinks they sound like a total cod altogether!
