Did You Know Accessorize Do Cosmetics Now? Our Picks!
Do not be kicking yourself if you didn't know that Accessorize have released a humongous range of cosmetics because I did not know either, until a couple of days ago when a selection of the goodies arrived in Beaut HQ. I don't usually gift people with makeup because its such a personal choice but with a prices going no higher than €21.50 (for eye shadow palettes) and such cute packaging these could definitely be popped into that friend hamper we were talking about this week.
Let's see what little delights could be popping into a stocking near you soon.
Accessorize Nails
OK, the Accessorize nail polish collection is hee-uge. I'm not that good at maths but I'd say there are about two million of them. The collection is seriously extensive so there are shades galore including quite nice sparkly ones I'd like to get my hands on for sparkle season, especially the gold, which I'd hope would look like lamé on my talons. The bottles are the type you could display on your dressing table.
Accessorize Eyes
There's a heap of eye stuff to choose from in this range, the four items above are just our picks: the Eye Love It and Eye Lover liners, the metallic shadow and the mascara are cute 'n' handy. We especially like the look of Magic Eyelashes mascara thanks to its lovely container and it has a special twisty brush for creating different lash looks.
Accessorize Lips
The Accessorize cosmetics collection has a huge range of lip products including the little lovelies above. We're quite taken with the Retro Lip Duo (on the left of the image above) which does have a kitsch, retro look to it with has a lipstick on one end and a gloss on the other. Clever!
Accessorize Lip Balms
Now, we had to include these balms because look at them! Yes, they're cutesy but these are dinky little tins that we'd pop straight into our bags. Especially the middle jewelled one. Yum.
Accessorize Eye Palettes
The eye shadow palettes are fun, inside and out. There are a good few versions to choose from, and we have to say it's the cases that do it for us. The range is clearly aimed towards teens and twenty-somethings (early, we'd say) and they're not exactly sophisticated but, hey! That's not the point.
Would You Give Accessorize Cosmetics a Go?
Prices start from €6 for a glitter gloss and go up to €21.50 for the eyeshadow palettes. The packaging screams 'stocking filler!' to us. Would you be inclined to give them a go?
