Did you know that September is Cogate Oral Health Month? Well it is, and the bauld Colgate, together with the Irish Dental Association (IDA) and Canon, want you lot to get out yer floss and start garglin' that mouthwash.
There's more to good teeth though than just brushing, and during the month we're going to be encouraged to achieve and maintain a healthy smile and healthy gums by brushing twice daily with a fluoride toothpaste; replacing toothbrushes every three months - or sooner if they're looking a bit knackered; avoiding sugary snacks between meals and by visiting our dentist regularly. Sage advice - no point in having the latest YSL lipstick if your teeth are pegs in your head, eh?
Three of you can be extra encouraged to take care of your smile right now, because we've a trio of Colgate hampers to give away - yay! Want to win? Entry info after the cut.
THE QUESTION: How many times a day should we brush? (Hint - the answer is most likely up above, there) HOW TO ENTER: send your answer, plus your NAME and FULL POSTAL ADDRESS to [email protected] THE RULES: 1 entry per person; you must have an Irish postal address; no cash alternative is available; our decision is final and the competition closes on Friday 19th September 2008 at 12pm. We never give your details to any 3rd parties, either.
