Olivia Palermo always has a serene look on her face, like she's the Princess Aurora of fashion or something, but instead of cute woodland creatures flocking to her, it's trends. And by God does she wear them well.
Olivia is no fashion victim; trends on her look fresh and fashun. That's not because she's always one step ahead (although, that said, she is), it's because she styles herself in unexpected and maddeningly good ways. Look at her in head to toe denim. Who can really pull this off? Livvy P, that's who.
That jacket. We need to talk about it. It's part hideous, part I-want-it-RIGHT-NOW and obviously, that's because it's on the lovely clothes-horse. It's also worth taking note of because that style will be creeping its way on to the street in no time. A closer look at it shows biker influence but with an opulent twist, which of course means you can wear it with everything, for any occasion, every day.
By now, we all know that the illustrated bomber is THE jacket of the season, but once everyone has one, do you really want to be wearing one too? Wouldn't you rather something like the denim/biker/suit jacket hybrid, and stand out from the crowd? We say yes. But we're getting a bomber anyway, and we're pairing it with similarly textured trousers and slippers with a contrasting print just like Olivia because it looks so damn good and we bet that NO ONE else will copy her.

We've made this battle very hard for ourselves. Both jackets are brilliant. But one is much harder to find. You can get bombers loads of places, but the jacket Olivia paired with her all denim affair is from the H&M Exclusive Conscious Collection and we can't find it anywhere. If you spy it, buy it. The copies are coming, fo' sho'.
