While it does reappear once a year for festival season (would it really be Electric Picnic without hundreds of fringe crop tops?), you'll soon be seeing it everywhere. Kate Moss has managed to fit it into her wardrobe for years, and style queen Olivia Palermo has shown how a subtle fringe lining can transform a dress/skirt/pair of trousers. If you can still only associate it with cowboy jackets, think back to Emma Stone's stunning dress for the Oscars last year, she topped the best-dressed lists because of the fringe detailing.
