As for the bone boiling, it's the latest celebrity craze to get some protein into you without having to presumably chew or enjoy anything. Also it's very good for "leaky gut".... yep, you shouldn't watch this if you're considering lunch / feeling a little delicate after whatever you got up to yesterday.
