"Max Factor have gone off a bit haven't they?" a couple of people have said to me lately. And then another person said "I used to love Max Factor foundation but now... well I think the other brands are better. And cheaper."
Max Factor are in that weird no mans land - they're neither budget, but nor are they a premium beauty brand. And now that the budget brands have really upped their game and are producing cosmetics for half the cost where does that leave Max Factor?
Well as soon as I started to think about this I went straight to the chemist and bought myself some Max Factor so I could have a good old test. We do review Max Factor all the time and they have some stand out products - Masterpiece Max Mascara for one and lots of their lipsticks. My reviews will coming at you tomorrow - and I surprised even myself with how I got on with the products.
