Lets have an auld chat about the thorny issue of hydration. Most of us regularly use a moisturiser (I hope) but everyone likes something different - some of you love a fluid, some a cream, and me - well I'm particularly partial to a light gel creme or sorbet. Some of us use the same day product for night too, and lots of us insist on our moisturiser having a minimum SPF of 15 - and so we should.
I'm currently using Elizabeth Arden Intervene Pause & Effect Moisture Cream. It's a pre-emptive range for women in the 30-45 age group and aims to halt the aging process. As I've only begun using it I can't comment on that aspect yet, but on the immediate things that can so quickly turn you off skincare - like the nasty peeling off your face and smell factors - it's passed with flying colours. It's got a nice texture and smell, absorbs well and has an SPF of 15 - all the essentials.

That's my current moisturiser of choice, but what about you lot? So, what do you rate - and what do you hate?
