Beauty Wish List: All I Want for Christmas

It was a tough call, took a lot of thought and deliberation but here are a trio of pressies, from budget to blow out, that I'd be more than happy to receive this December 25th.

  • Budget

NIVEA Mini Treats Bauble 2

Nivea has lots of brilliant and brilliantly affordable products and I'd be delighted to find this cutie under, or rather on, the tree. It's a mere €5.99 and contains a trio of products you'd actually use: Hydro Lip Balm, 25ml Pearl & Beauty Roll-on deodorant and mini Nivea Soft Moisturising Cream (which would be great for a handbag handcream).

MAC's Christmas palettes are often things of beauty and I would like this particular beauty under my Christmas tree, thanks very much. The Natural Face Palette (€60) has three eyeshadows - In Good Taste (silver pearly nude), Royal Rendezvous (camel nude matte) and Heir of Sophistication (reddy brown frost); a Sparkling Rose Iridescent Pressed Power; Filigree Cream Colour Base and two lipsticks - Eloquence (a mid tone blue-pink) and Sass (a deep blue magenta). Gorgeous.

  • Blow Out

sisley 2

Sisley is eye-wateringly expensive so what better time to pick the brand when it's a 'blow the budget' question. This set, which is €214, is actually just the price of the  full sized Supremÿa Yeux eye cream - everything else is free (so, technically, it's a bargain!)

The set contains Supremÿa At Night 2ml luxury sample, Black Rose Cream Mask 10ml tube and an All Day All Year 10ml tube. But the real reason it's on my Christmas list is the little makeup bag, which is one of the loveliest I've seen. Perfectly sized and beautifully finished, they're from Kisany Living, a Fairtrade brand that works with women in east Africa.

That's our budget to blow-out wishlist, now we want to know what's on yours? Is there anything cheap and cheerful out there that would be a perfect stocking filler? Is there a nice collection you know of that won't break the bank? What would you love if money was no object? To the comments!
