Two Irish ladies appear in this Friday's beauty look round-up because, sure, why not?
What I'm loving about beauty looks on the red carpet these days is the diversity; not everyone is submitting to the people-are-gonna-be-looking-at-me-so-I'd-better-plaster-it-on train of thought anymore, although one of our beauty picks may beg to differ. But we'll get to that.

Obviously, Caitriona is lovely enough to get away without wearing any makeup at all, but this fresh and simple look is still surprising at a Hollywood event (she was promoting the new season of her show Outlander). She's also confirmed that I don't need to fill in my brows every single day. So down with that.

I'm not only including Evanna because it looks like we have the same skin tone and she is rocking it on the red carpet; I include her because of her brown smokey eye and Alicia Florrick lipstick. When a TV lawyer inspires your lip colour, you've got to be commended.

This is the glamour look I was talking about. Now, let's agree that her brows are perfect, and her lashes are fluttery gold. Agreed? Good. OK, that is a distinct lip liner line we see and...Oh God, I kind of love it. I know I shouldn't! The '90s revival is complete.
