Ways to Wear: This Season's Must Have Dress

Ways to Wear: This Season's Must Have Dress
By Beaut.ie  | Apr 6, 2015

In a fabulous new feature brought to you each and every Monday, I'm going to show lot's of ways to wear the latest trends for the summer ahead. If we get one that is. There are so many trends and fashion fads to consider this year, it can be more overwhelming than Anna Wintour giving you a mention on Twitter (it'll happen some day, I know it).

So, I've been walking the high streets and trawling our favourite online shops to select some of Beaut.ie's favourite pieces that we cannot live without. And to start you off, we have the best one. A little black dress should be in everyone's wardrobe as the "old reliable" but this April, H&M have one amazing dress hitting the shop floors.

As part of it's H&M Conscious Exclusive collection (available at H&M College Green, Dublin on April 16th), the store has designed a perfect dress that is form fitting and a great length for under €60. Now, this dress might shout "formal" or "night out" but I've got two ways to wear it to cater for the chic and casual occasions that might come your way this year.

Way to Wear Number One: A Casual Summer:

Basket Bag, €10, Penneys; White Jacket, €49.99, H&M; Dress, €59.99, H&M; Gold Sandals, €9, Penneys

You can absolutely make this look more appropriate for a casual lunch out or early dinner. Pick out the hint of white in the print with a structured short-line jacket (another super piece for summer) and match up with gladiator style sandals, and a basket bag for a complete summer look. All we need is someone to take us to the French Riviera on holliers.

Way to Wear Number Two: Occasions!

Dress, €29.99, H&M; Shoes, €48, Next; Sunglasses, from a selection at Next; Fascinator, Accessorize

If you read my post on wedding outfit drama last week then perhaps the above way to wear will resolve some of the wedding dilemmas if you fancy treating yourself to something new. I LOVE hats (that required caps lock) and it can also be a way of changing up an outfit (see my point on accessories!) Open toe sandals are a hot shoe trend for SS15. Yes, we want to see toes. Add some shades and you will be channelling your inner Grace Kelly.

So, one dress and two ways to wear. If you want to get your hands on this, better start queuing!!
