A study from The Journal of Sexual Medicine showed that "highly active men have a greater ability to have erections and more sensitive orgasms, as well as the quality and frequency of erections" being higher. 

Adriana Vidal, the study's senior author, stated that while others studies have shown how exercising more can improve your sex life, "this study is the first to link the benefits of exercise in relation to improved erectile and sexual function in a racially diverse group of patients." Ooo.

One other important piece of information he might want to know before he heads off to the gym to get himself ripped is what you need to do to get all these benefits, and how much of it. Well, it seems that "two hours of strenuous exercise, such as running or swimming, 3.5 hours of moderate exercise, or six hours of light exercise" should do the trick.
