This is the natural way to get fresher, firmer skin

Facial massage is the natural (and free) way to brighten, tone and improve your complexion. It's quick and easy, and should definitely become part of your daily routine.

Facial massage is one of the easiest (and cheapest) ways to improve your complexion. But if it's so good for us, why aren't we all doing it? Well, sometimes it can be lack of time, perhaps it's because you aren't sure how to. Or maybe, it's tiredness. Early in the morning or after a long day, it can be a struggle to even put on/take off your makeup, let alone remember to do some facial massage. But once you get the hang of it, it becomes like second nature.

Here are some of the reasons why facial massage is the best natural way to get fresher, firmer skin.

Do you give your self facial massages? ?. . . Ever since I started massaging my face when applying serums or/and moisturizers I have seen a big difference in my skin texture and look! . . Massaging your face Increases blood circulation and oxygen flow to your facial muscles and skin, the face is less likely to fall into deep wrinkles or show signs of physical and/or emotional stress. Facial massages also encourages the development of collagen. Collagen is the support system that keeps the skin firm, supple and elastic. . .#skincaretips #skincareroutine #facemassage #facialmassage #facial #faceroller #jaderoller #handmassage #aesthetician #tipsandtricks #skincare #skinfiratdaily #funnyfaces #antiaging #antiwrinkle #wrinkleintime #skincareblogger #healthyskin #beatskincaretip #skinfirst #skinfirstmakeupsecond #beauty

Helps Detox Skin

Dark circles? Puffiness? Dull complexion? Facial massage can help. To alleviate dark circles, place two fingers at the side of your nose, press, and draw them up towards the temples. Repeat 4 - 5 times. To brighten skin and improve overall blood flow, do the same motion, slightly lower on cheeks.

Next, start with prayer fingers at your chin and draw your hand up to your temples in a V Shape, pressing with the base of palms. For forehead, start with fingers between brows, then move in an arch (around brows) to the temple. Repeat the motion, going slightly higher each time to include the whole forehead.

Aids product absorption

Even the simplest facial massage helps to aid absorption of serums and moisturisers, which means your skin (rather than pillow) will get the benefits. In the morning time, the added absorption of products will mean your makeup has a better base to sit on.

Like any part of our body, working and using our facial muscles is important to keep them firm. Facial massage can help to stimulate blood flow to the muscles, which oxygenates them.
